ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Friday said that the party is 100 percent certain about a protest march to Raiwind.
“We call on everyone from Pakistan to join us, it will be a historic protest,” Imran Khan said.
The PTI chairman was talking to media in the capital city where he said that we would absolutely not go to anyone’s home, but protesting is a democratic right.
He said that the party is in contact with all the Opposition parties.
“For the participation of other political parties we can extend the date of the protest movement, although it would be before Muharram,” said the PTI chairman.
Imran Khan while responding to a question said it seems from the government’s threats that it is under pressure. He said the protest would be outside the Prime Minister’s residence.
He alleged that the government has not let any institution remain impartial.
Imran Khan said that he would never call Ayaz Sadiq ‘Speaker”, as he proved his impartiality when he forwarded the reference against him and discarded the one against the prime minister.
“Nawaz Sharif’s government is worse than that of Pervez Musharraf,” he said
